Interpretation and Definitions

Services Provided

TransitHub LLC offers parcel shipping, collection, shipping to/from customers, buyer services, and occasional international forwarding, acting solely as a delivery partner.

Liability and Insurance

– Liability for lost or damaged parcels is contingent upon the purchase of additional insurance. Standard coverage is limited to $60.
– TransitHub LLC is not responsible for indirect losses or damages.

Buyer Service

– When making purchases for overseas clients, TransitHub LLC assumes responsibility for the parcel once it is received at our office. We cannot be held liable for damages incurred before arrival at our office.

International Forwarding

– Clients are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and other fees for international shipments. TransitHub LLC complies with all regulations but is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Limitations of Service

– TransitHub LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment of prohibited items as defined by law or company policy, including hazardous materials and illegal goods.

Refunds

TransitHub LLC operates as a delivery partner, handling parcels with care and professionalism. While we do not sell goods directly, we ensure a seamless shipping experience for our clients.

Refund Eligibility

– Refunds or compensation are provided for lost or damaged items if the client purchased additional insurance at the time of shipping. Standard insurance covers up to $60.
– For parcels without additional insurance, TransitHub LLC’s liability is limited to $60 per parcel.

Buyer Service Refunds

– In our buyer service, responsibility starts once the parcel is delivered from the retailer to our office. If an item is damaged upon arrival at our office, we will notify the client and facilitate a complaint or return to the retailer at no additional cost.
– Refunds for items purchased on behalf of clients will be subject to the original retailer’s return and refund policies. TransitHub LLC will assist in these processes but cannot guarantee a refund from the retailer.

Process for Claiming Refunds

– To claim a refund, clients must report the issue within 7 days of parcel delivery or expected delivery date for lost items.
– Clients should provide order details, tracking information, and evidence of damage or loss.

Refund Processing

– Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.

Governing Law

– The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Texas.

Changes to Policies

– TransitHub LLC may update these policies at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
